Anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody (MDX-1411)

MDX-1411, a fully human Ab with enhanced antibody effector function that targets CD70, a member of the TNF family that is highly expressed on multiple cancers, including renal cell carcinoma, lymphoma and glioblastoma. CD70 expression on activated lymphocytes may also be implicated in autoimmune diseases.

Figure 1 Anti-CD70 Antibody (GLY-008CL) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of GLY-008CL was performed by coating with Recombinant Human CD70 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with Anti-Human CD70 Antibody (GLY-008CL). The HRP-conjugated goat anti-Human IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
